The first time I heard this song I was 10 years and sometimes I think it haunted me When I was 12 I came home from school and sat on the stairs waiting for my sister to come home cause my mom was talking to the doctor She came on the stairs and told us she had lung cancer and we started crying and she said "I have the shit and I ain't cried yet" to try and lighten the mood Toughest woman I ever met; got handed a death sentence and the first thing she did was comfort her kids she knew she didn't have too much time left with After she died I started acting up and one day in 2019 some guys in the park next to my house were mean muggin so I took his bag and threw it around the corner and he called his brother or someone; exactly 3 minutes later a man with some type of shotgun in his hand started waving it at me and he let it ring. Felt hot rain in my back and i thought it was over (They were the smaller metal pellets that sting in your skin not the big ones) but I managed to get on the bus and I started calling everyone in my contacts... not even the girl loved at the time picked up but my neighbour did and he picked me up in his car he threw me a revolver and 3 or 4 bullets with no trigger just the hammer and you had to sideload it (but it was better than the knife I had) He drove me around for half hour looking for those dudes but they went missing so he bought me home and gave me his jacket since mine was fucked up My neighbour unfortunately was killed in a shooting 3 years ago If anyone is in a situation similar or relatable to mine here's some advice I needed, Making it home to your loved ones is the greatest gift you get daily Dealing with death doesn't get easier but you find ways to navigate through it Whatever you are capable of there is someone that is willing to go further than you, watch out for them R.I.P Momma, I apologise for the mistakes I have made and the people I've wronged but I feel so lost without you R.I.P Ke, they only took you away cause you were realer than the rest, hope we meet in paradise king
